Hilly Marathon:4:08; 3:45:10; 3:47

Flat Marathon; 3:54 (crashed at mile 19 and started walking, crying and giving up...then got it in my to finish! Should have been my qualifier!

5k PR: 22:15  10KPR: 46: 37  

Half: 1:50 -1:52 ish :) 

Short-Term Running Goals:

5K and 10 k in the winter series! 

Sub 1:50 half in April

Fast fall Marathon! Sub 3:45!!!! 

Train hard and stay healthy while balaning family and work life!
